Paying Bills via the BPI Mobile App
Step 1. Open your BPI Mobile App
Open your BPI Mobile App, and login using your biometrics.
You will see a similar menu as below:
Step 2. Go to Pay Bills Menu
To go to the Pay Bills menu tap on the menu icon on the upper left of your phone as seen below:
This will bring the Navigation Menu for the BPI Mobile app.
On this menu, tap on Payments/Load.
Then tap on Pay Bills.
Step 3. Fill in Biller Information
Tap on the button asking which account would you like to pay from.
Next, tap on Checking Account
Fill up the amount to pay and then tap on the search bar below “PAY TO”.
In this demo, we will pay the BPI Credit Card, to select that, tap on BECC on the saved billers on your mobile phone.
Step 4. Proceed with Paying Bill
Once you have filled your biller information, tap on next.
BPI Mobile app will make you review your information if there needs to be changes.
If there are no changes, tap and confirm the details.
You will now be asked for your biometrics for security measure.
After successfully authenticating your biometrics, the app should say your transsaction was successful.
