Paying Bills via UnionBank Online Guide
Step 1. Visit and Login to UnionBank Online Website
To visit unionbank online you can click on this link to visit it directly.
You can also right click on the link and select Open Link in New Tab so that you can just switch tabs between this guide and Unionbank Online.
Login your credentials and type in the OTP sent to your device.

Step 2. Select Pay Bills from the Navigation Menu
Once you have logged in, click on the “Pay Bills” button. This will redirect you to select your Biller.

Step 3. Select your Biller
In order to select our biller, click on Select Biller.
Click on Biller List.
Some notable bills paid in UnionBank are the following:
- Converge
- Cignal TV
- PLDT
- SMART
You can choose from the list or you can type in the name of the biller for faster searching. For this example we will pay the SMART/SUN bill (SMART BRO is for prepaid wifi simcards).

Once you see your biller, select that and you will be directed to the enter the biller information.

Step 4. Fill up Biller Information
On this section we will supply information for our biller.

Fill this up and then click next.
Step 5. Enter Amount to be Paid
In this step, input the amount to be paid to the biller.
Take note that you do NOT need to tick the “repeat” checkbox. Which is used ONLY if you want to pay the biller automatically the same amount every month.

Step 6. Review Details
Upon clicking next, the website will ask to review your payment details.
In this page, you can go back to any previous steps to correct or edit them using the edit button.
Once you have reviewed your Payment Details Information and are satisfied, click Pay PHP amount button.
This will ask for your OTP that is sent to your Mobile Phone. Type the code and you should be able to see that you have sucessfully paid your bill.
